These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Mournes and Glens ("we", "us", "our").
By making a booking with Mournes and Glens, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Bookings, Payment and Pricing
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once payment (or a deposit, where agreed) has been received and written confirmation (email) is provided.
1.2 Full payment is normally required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 Payments may be made by payment link, bank transfer or other methods as advised at the time of booking.
1.4 Prices displayed on our website, booking pages, or promotional materials are indicative estimates only. These prices may vary depending on factors including but not limited to: group size, duration, location, discount code acceptance and specific client requirements.
1.5 The final price for your booking will be confirmed in writing (by email or invoice) before the booking is confirmed. No contract is formed until this written confirmation has been issued by Mournes and Glens.
1.6 Discount codes, promotional offers, or concessions may be issued from time to time at our discretion.
1.7 Discount codes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be withdrawn or amended at any time unless already applied and confirmed in writing.
1.8 The application and acceptance of any discount code is at the sole discretion of Mournes and Glens. Discount codes are not valid unless expressly confirmed in writing as part of your booking confirmation.
1.9 Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
